About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive – New Markets at Regiondo, you’ll be part of a dynamic team tasked with opening new territory across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Your mission is to identify, reach out to, and win over the first wave of customers in emerging markets where Regiondo has strong growth potential but low current presence.
This role is made for self-starters who thrive in uncharted territory, love outbound sales, and get excited about turning cold leads into warm customers. You’ll own the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—while helping us validate and expand our presence in new regions. Your results will have a direct impact on Regiondo’s global growth strategy.
What you will do
- Research and identify new market segments with high potential for Regiondo (tour operators, experience providers, attractions, etc.).
- Run highly personalized outbound campaigns using cold calling, email, sequences and LinkedIn to spark interest and start conversations.
- Deliver discovery calls and tailor product demos to show how Regiondo can solve local business challenges.
- Manage your own pipeline in HubSpot with discipline and precision—track activities, update statuses, and forecast accurately.
- Work closely with your Team Leader and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Success) to test approaches and refine positioning.
- Share feedback from the field to help shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and localization needs.
- Support the onboarding of early customers by providing a clear handover to the Customer Success team.
- Stay informed about travel trends, seasonality, and competition across the regions you’re exploring.
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and (when relevant) events or fairs in your assigned territories.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, business development, or tourism/hospitality. Experience with SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Language: Native English is a must; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a strong bonus.
- Attitude: Adventurous, driven, and resilient—you enjoy working without a full playbook and love cracking into new markets.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication and listening skills. You’re confident with cold outreach and good at turning curiosity into action.
- Adaptability: You can pivot fast, test new strategies, and work with ambiguity while staying focused on results.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and modern sales tools—or willing to learn fast.
- Team Spirit: While you own your market, you’re eager to share wins, learnings, and collaborate with your peers to build something great.
