About the role
Join our dynamic sales team at Regiondo GmbH and drive the growth of our innovative SaaS booking system for Tours and Activity operators. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing clients across diverse market segments, from small businesses to large enterprises.
With a proven track record in SaaS sales and experience in fast-paced environments, you'll excel at conducting in-depth discovery calls, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and managing technical follow-ups. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate commission-based pricing will be essential.
As a strategic thinker and team player, you'll bring exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of sales processes and software capabilities to the table. You'll be part of a vibrant, multicultural team, collaborating with colleagues across Europe to achieve sales goals.
What you will do
- Own the Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and successful handover to onboarding team, exceeding revenue targets.
- Expand Business Network: Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and clients by engaging actively in seasonal campaigns, industry trade fairs, and networking events to become a trusted advisor.
- Deep Product Expertise: Become a product expert, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing customer needs.
- Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Data-Driven Success: Leverage CRM and sales analytics to optimize performance and forecast accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing sales team through knowledge sharing and support.

What we are looking for
- Proven SaaS Sales Expert: Demonstrated success in SaaS sales with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
- Self-Starter with Drive: Highly motivated and organized individual capable of independent goal achievement.
- Global Communication Mastery: You must be proficient in English and a native French speaker.
- Tech-Savvy Sales Professional: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Industry Insight: Preferred experience in the Tours and Activity sector to understand unique customer needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Ability to leverage sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
