About the Role

As an Onboarding Manager, you will be the main point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the successful implementation of our software. You will deliver engaging training, configure their booking setup, and help them connect to their sales channels—including their own website and major OTAs such as Viator, GetYourGuide, and Google Things to Do.

You’ll play a key role in our customers' first experience with Regiondo—building confidence, demonstrating value, and setting them up for long-term success.


What you will do

  • Own the onboarding process: From handover with Sales to go-live, you guide customers through setup and activation.
  • Empowerment: Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions that empower users across roles and functions.
  • Software implementation: Configure our platform to match customer requirements, collaborating with technical teams on integrations or data migrations as needed.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding projects, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate go-live: Ensure customers are ready to start selling online—with all key settings tested and optimized.
  • Advise on best practices: Share industry knowledge to help customers maximize visibility, automate bookings, and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or account management—ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or tourism tech.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Exceptional communication and training skills, both in writing and on video calls to make complex workflows feel intuitive for new users.
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), project management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Solid technical foundation — comfortable configuring SaaS tools, managing data flows, and supporting integrations.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools like CMS, booking widgets, APIs, or OTAs.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Professional English skills are mandatory plus two of these additional languages French, German or Italian on a native/professional level.
  • Bonus: Experience working with tour and activity providers or in the travel tech industry.
