About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our growing finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a global high growth B2B SaaS business, where you'll be in charge of reporting and transforming data for the business and executive team.

What you will do:

Data Management & Governance

  • Own and maintain data relationships across finance, operations, commercial and exec teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Develop and document data dictionaries, mapping business logic to underlying data sources
  • Review and work with Data Engineering to establish and enforce data quality standards, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively
  • Help to manage integrations between core business systems (ERP, CRM, billing platforms) and reporting infrastructure

Reporting & Visualisation

  • Maintain and enhance the business intelligence/visualisation platform (Gooddata), ensuring dashboards remain timely, accurate, and user-friendly
  • Build and refine automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness
  • Troubleshoot data issues and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders

Finance & Board Reporting

  • Prepare and populate monthly and quarterly finance reports including internal reporting tracker data and summaries
  • Compile board reporting packs with accurate KPIs, variance analysis, and trend commentary
  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end close processes with data extraction and reconciliation

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in a data analyst, finance analyst, or BI role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong proficiency in working with BI/visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Solid SQL skills with the ability to write and optimise queries across multiple data sources
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of core financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV)
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is comfortable building processes from the ground up
  • Any experience with Python, R, or data transformation tools (e.g., dbt) is a plus

When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture built on momentum, ownership, and clarity of purpose. We move decisively, think boldly, and stay deeply connected to our customers and the people behind the work. Across all our brands, we believe meaningful impact comes from empowered teams, aligned priorities, and unwavering commitment.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • High trust, real impact: You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to lead with ownership, tackle problems end-to-end, and make decisions that move the business forward in meaningful ways.
  • Curiosity with discipline: We value asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring smarter ways to work. We don’t just get things done, but to get them done right for our customers.
  • One team, all in: Collaboration beats ego, wins are shared, and we rally together when the work gets tough.
  • Space to grow: You’ll be supported and stretched, taking on challenges that build capability, sharpen judgment, and accelerate your growth as a leader and problem-solver.
  • Progress with purpose: We move fast, stay focused on what truly matters, and prioritise long-term impact over quick fixes.

You’ll be joining a global team committed to building something that truly matters—and enjoying the ride along the way.

We’d be excited to have you with us. Together, let’s shape the future of the tourism industry.
