About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent with English (UK) with excellent technical skills, for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania.
What you will do- Receive and handle the Operators’ requests by emails, chats, and phone calls
- Advise and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS and help design their offers
- Process and document the Operator experience
- Contribute to the development of the internal and external knowledge base
- Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base
- Excellent language skills: English (UK) C1 level; time spent in the UK represents an advantage
- Digital affinity and good computer skills
- Experience in Customer Support eg. IT Support, Technical Support, Software/App Support is an advantage
- Self Starter and Self Learner with a happy mentality and logical thinking
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, two shifts: 10:00 - 18:30 and 12:00 - 20:30.
